Customer Reviews

"Well this seems like a neat place to hang out and eat at. Friendly staff and patrons good food and activities out back. There's a bit of a wait time for food but it's understandable so if you're in a hurry or dont want to wait call in to place your order. All in all nice experience."

"First time here... The burgers were great!! The place was only 1/2 full so we got a table right away. We weren't expecting card tables and folding chairs though! We were surprised at the tiny menu, figuratively and literally . After looking for the menus we found them on the napkin holder. The bartender takes your order at the bar. This particular night she stayed on the "front side" of the bar away from the tables so she could never see when we came to the bar to order. A couple of customers at the bar kept signaling her we were at the bar. She was more interested in pouring shots then making sure the rest of the bar was being served. Overall we were disappointed, the food was good but the service just brought it down for us."

"Combo fish fry (cod, perch, walleye, and shrimp) was amazing!! Cod breading was flavorful and crunchy- such a delight. Service was excellent. Chill atmosphere. Should add some bluegill on the menu and this place would be even more spectacular imo! Very impressed"

"Cute hole in the wall, outside patio, good food, very busy for a thursday"

"The food is pretty good if you don't mind waiting 90+ minutes for it. Commented on their Facebook page and they deleted my feedback and blocked me. Not sure why they can't handle constructive criticism. All I asked for was some explanation as to why the food was taking so long. No one seemed to be hustling. The kitchen wasn't even busy. We weren't the only ones concerned about the wait. Several other couples paid and cancelled their orders. Others almost left. A little explanation and compassion would have gone a long way. We drove 45 minutes to try the restaurant. I do not recommend coming here unless you have plenty of time to spare waiting without explanation as to why the food is taking so long."

"I go for the Friday fish fry. The cod is great not over breaded. Tartar sauce is perfect and slaw is great. Potato pancakes are mid. It is a bummer that they call it a fish fry but don't do unlimited fish"
